Ribbit! Ribbit!
Yes, folks, the finishing frenzy has now become a finishing AND frogging frenzy. Today, I frogged the “Hempen Fall Leaves” shawl. Why? Well, my reasons were threefold:
- I felt insecure about the spot where the yarn broke. I wasn’t confident that it wouldn’t stick out like a Republican in Berkeley.
- I thought it would be better if I charted it out in advance instead of just making it up as I went along. I *must* figure out how to convert this idea in my head into an actual shawl!
- Hubby asked me to make him a couple of new coffee sleeves, but out of hemp this time instead of wool. Considering that I initially purchased the hemp specifically for a particular project for him, how could I refuse?
