SWIFTY b/c my swift arrived yesterday. Woot! It’s much sturdier than I expected it to be, and I’m really pleased with it. I’m having loads of fun winding up hanks. It’s currently attached to the end table in the living room (until such time as Hubby complains about it), so I just wheel my knitting stand with the ball winder on it into the living room and have at it. The Things have been very impressed. Too bad I didn’t have it when I needed to wind up all that wool David’s brother got in Nepal. Oh, well.
