Daiso Japan
Oh. My. Gourds. This place is WAAAAAY more dangerous than the Dollar Tree b/c they have better stuff. Unmarked stuff is $1.50; everything else is marked. Among other stuff, today I scored a bunch of $1.50 items:
- a cute cow hand puppet to include in a baby gift
- a pair of size 12 bamboo needles (12??)
- a pair of size 5.5 plastic needles (5.5???)
- some stitch holders
- 2 balls of crochet cotton, one size 40, one size 10 (for the non-lace folks out there, the bigger the #, the smaller the thread)
- 2 hanging sweater drying racks
- 2 notebooks
- 2 100+ piece puzzles (from the Easter Bunny)
I’m going to have to stay away from this place. Oh, the wrapping paper! Oh, the baskets! Oh, the plasticware! Oh, the Japanese stuff that I have no idea what it is! (BTW, I swiped the picture from Kat.)

OMG! I want to go to this place, it looks and sounds wonderful.
We don’t have this chain in our area yet, so I guess I’m safe.
