Hovering. I was up a bit last week, but got rid of it this week. Hubby gave me the talk this week. You know, the one that goes something like this: Why are we paying for this if you’re not serious about it? If you don’t write down what you eat and do it for real, I won’t pay for it any more.

I’ve gotten that talk before, but from my grandmother who was paying for me for a while. Now I’m paying for it myself, but I even give myself the talk now! Hang in there! You can do this. I stayed the same this week. I’m going to try Core when my week ends on Tuesday and see if that won’t jump start things for me this time. Keep on keepin’ on!
