Mulligan
Uh, can I take a mulligan on this morning? Apart from the cool part about losing a pound, here’s how my day started:
- The power went out on our side of the street. (PG&E came at 6:30 to fix it.)
- The toilet backed up. (Found Thing Two trying to plunger it and took over for her.)
- The Things were late for school b/c of a huge argument about..pink ponytail holders. Yupp. Ponytail holders. (What on earth is it going to be like around here when they’re teenagers and they’re having their periods and I’m going through menopause? Hubby has joked about leaving the house for one week out of the month, but how will I get to escape?)

oh man you poor thing, you deserve a treat for yourself…go buy some yarn…..
Boy, I can’t imagine raising girls. I thought it was bad having to clean the toilet’s after all my guys
