Ticker

Small loss this week, but at least it was a loss.  Good things this week:  I actually wrote down what I ate for about half the week, and I “walked with Leslie” three times — Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

This week’s goals:  write down what I eat EVERY day (as they say, If you bite it, write it) and walk at least three times.
