Duck Update
Blech! That was the most disgusting thing I have ever tried to eat!! I couldn’t even swallow the one bite I put in my mouth. No joke, the thought that came to mind immediately was This tastes like a seagull.
Turns out, I probably waaaay overcooked it b/c the directions I followed were for a whole duck. Ooops. Not sure if I’ll ever bother to try it again, but maybe I might…If someone else cooks it.
