So, here we have the Morpheus Scarf from Morehouse Farm. Grazie a Knitting Magic Girl! Can’t wait to get to the end and drop all them stitches!
Next, we have yet ANOTHER Mason-Dixon Knitting baby kimono, this time for Baby Keiko. Since I took this picture, I finished one side and started on the other. I’m doing the ties in a sturdier, more “built-in” way this time. I’ll ’splain when it’s done.
More WIPs in a couple of days…
Yesterday, I decided to make the most of the bright natural light, so I laid out my WIPs for some picture-taking. Lo and behold, I discovered that the yarn for Hubby’s co-worker Scott is THREE different colors, not two. D’oh! I’ve emailed Scott to see what he thinks. Hubby’s take on it is that I should do it with entire sections of color, not stripes like this. I really like the stripes, but he thinks it looks totally unorganized, etc. We’ll see what Scott thinks. It was a quick knit, so it will be OK if I have to frog it back & do it in sections. After all, I want the guy to like it, or else he won’t wear it, and it will be a waste of some fine Canadian yarrrn.
