Knitting Olympics Gold Medal - NOT!
Sigh. Well, there ain’t no way that Miss Olympia will be done by the end of the closing ceremonies, so I’m an official FLAKE. [Thanks, Zib, for the button!] Oh, well. I’ll still finish her eventually, and her name will still be Olympia. I’ll keep ya’ll posted on her progress. At this point, I’ve done 133 rows on her, but even the world’s most incredible blocking couldn’t possibly get her to “done” size…..

Well, you gave it a good try. It will still be pretty when it’s finished even without the gold medal.
