OK, my wrist is getting sore, so it’s time to stop writing and do an update…
Number Sent Last Year: 298 or so
Number Ordered This Year: 325
Number To Be Addressed By Me: 300
Number Addressed To Date: 235 — We’re getting there!
Number Received Last Year: 150
Number Received Year To Date: 25 — Come on now, gang! There are only 10 days left (unless, of course, you *know* you’ll be late, so you do New Year’s cards instead).
NOW, if we could just get the blasted Christmas letter printed up, we could mail these puppies. See, I got my heart set on doing a Christmas letter this year b/c so much has happened. OF COURSE, the printer died. It’s totally pooched. Soooo, we have to get creative with this. And we have to have it TONIGHT b/c tomorrow’s the last day of school, and I have nearly 30 to deliver there. Hubby was PLANNING to be home early so I could run those errands, but an emergency came up, and he just got home a few minutes ago. He was so frazzled, he forgot the print-out of the letter, so he’s going back to work after the Things are in bed.
Ah, the relaxing Christmas season….
